Verfication of Competency

It is no longer acceptable for employers to "assume an employee is competent", which makes Verification of Competency assessment ideal for contractual arrangements and pre-employment competency checks.  Australian and offshore health and safety legislation requires employers to ensure employees are competent in equipment operation and the tasks to be performed.
